Are you looking to build your career in Swiss immigration law with a leading international firm? Richmond Chambers Switzerland is expanding its team in Montreux and is seeking an Immigration Lawyer or Legal Consultant with up to 5 years’ experience to join us.

The Role
* Advise private and corporate clients on Swiss immigration routes, including residence permits, family reunification, and business/investment permits.
* Draft submissions, prepare applications, and liaise with the Swiss migration authorities.
* Manage your own caseload, while also supporting senior colleagues on more complex matters.
* Work directly with clients, offering clear, accurate, and timely immigration advice.
* Contribute to the development and growth of our Montreux office.
About You
* Educated to degree level in Swiss law (essential).
* Either: Admitted to the Swiss Bar, with 0–5 years’ PQE, or a legal consultant with up to 5 years’ experience in Swiss immigration law.
* An excellent communicator in English and French (German or Italian an advantage).
* Detail-oriented, client-focused, and proactive in managing cases.
* Eligible to work in Switzerland – applicants must be Swiss or EU nationals, or hold a valid Swiss B or C residence permit with a full right to work.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: CHF 85,000 – CHF 110,000, commensurate with experience.
