About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled MSAT Process Expert to join our team and contribute to the successful supervision, support and life cycle management of BioConjugates processes running in our facilities.
This is a crucial role that plays a key part in the network between different departments such as manufacturing, engineering and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have solid industrial experience in biopharma manufacturing, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or DSP (Mammalian or Microbial).
Main Responsibilities:
* Take responsibility as MSAT process expert in Capital investment projects.
* Contribute to feasibility studies within a dedicated project team.
* Evaluate and assess the design of manufacturing units.
* Deliver all inputs required for suite and equipment design and support all commissioning and qualification phases.
* Own the implementation of relevant GMP documents for the respective area.
* Deliver timely inputs required for specific projects from a process and GMP standpoint.
* Responsible for permanent optimization of the project.
* Lead execution of assigned product/project in best possible time, quality and cost, in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines regarding safety, quality, regulation, hygiene and environment from a MSAT point of view.
Key Requirements:
* Master or PhD (preferred) in Bioconjugation, Biotechnology, chemical engineering, organic chemistry or related disciplines.
* Solid (>5 years) industrial experience in biopharma manufacturing, preferably in the area of BioConjugates or DSP (Mammalian or Microbial).
* Experience handling CAPEX Project.
* Excellent communication skills for interaction with customers and within the project organization.
* Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of German is considered an asset.
* Creative, agile and open-minded.
