We are looking for a working student to join our team as an AI Trainer, where your work helps improve the reliability and performance of AI systems. In this role, you’ll evaluate and refine AI-Models and their output, ensuring they meet quality standards, follow instructions, and respond appropriately to different contexts.
Tasks
* Prompt-Response Evaluation: Assess if AI responses accurately address the prompt, follow instructions, and meet quality standards.
* Language & Context Check: Judge the AI’s understanding of English, including grammar, tone, and ability to handle nuance or ambiguity.
* Domain Relevance: Verify that responses fit within the expected domain (e.g., technical, general knowledge, conversational).
* Instruction Following: Identify when the AI deviates from the prompt or adds irrelevant information.
* Optional: If tasks involve visual outputs, check image accuracy and caption clarity (depending on project needs).
Requirements
* Excellent English skills (grammar, style, comprehension).
* Strong attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
* Familiarity with AI and the use of LLMs.
* Background in STEM, communications, education, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
* Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
* Side job with flexible workload (10–60% per week), you decide what fits your schedule
* Possess a valid work permit for Switzerland.
