About the role Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience
Manage the complete Room Service / In-Villa Dining operation to ensure flawless, timely, and personalized service for all villas
Oversee the planning and execution of all private dinners, including beach dinners, destination dining and special celebrations
Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-Villa Dining team
Set, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent quality
Monitor guest preferences, handle special requests, and ensure every private dining experience is uniquely tailored
Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of employees professionalism
Focused on guest feedback and always improve the guest satisfaction scores
Checks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy
Drive creative enhancements to villa dining concepts, destination dining setups, and special event offerings

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred
Proficient in English
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a multicultural team
Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
