About the role
* Assists F&B Manager to oversee the operations and lead the team to ensure flawless guest experience
* Manage the complete Room Service / In-Villa Dining operation to ensure flawless, timely, and personalized service for all villas
* Oversee the planning and execution of all private dinners, including beach dinners, destination dining and special celebrations
* Assist in leading, mentoring and training the In-Villa Dining team
* Set, implement, and review service standards to ensure consistent quality
* Monitor guest preferences, handle special requests, and ensure every private dining experience is uniquely tailored
* Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained
* Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
* Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of employees professionalism
* Focused on guest feedback and always improve the guest satisfaction scores
* Checks outlet’s cleanliness to ensure that it complies with health, safety and hygiene policy
* Drive creative enhancements to villa dining concepts, destination dining setups, and special event offerings

* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in an international luxury brand. Remote island-based work experience is preferred
* Proficient in English
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and inspire a multicultural team
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, flexible working hours ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment
* Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse cultures
* Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
