Deployment Coordination
Act as the bridge between IT and OT to prepare and run smooth deployments.
Coordinate IT tasks (network, cybersecurity, servers, databases, AD) with regional/local teams.
Verify prerequisites before go‑live (IPs, firewall rules, backups, licenses).
Readiness & Cutover
Support cutover planning and execution with Project Managers and Experts.
Align IT resources, schedules, and change windows.
Handle escalations and drive GO/NO‑GO preparation.
Transition to Operations
Ensure updated documentation, runbooks, and ITSM routing.
Confirm monitoring dashboards are set up.
Facilitate smooth handover to Operations & Support.
Management of IT for OT coordinators in the other regions (RAP & RAM)
Manage, guide and coordinate IT for OT Coordinators in RAP and RAM.
Harmonize working methods and deployment processes across regions.
Requirements
Degree in IT, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong experience in IT/OT integration, industrial deployments, and coordination with cross‑functional teams.
Familiarity with ITSM practices.
Strong knowledge of IT/OT architectures and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP).
Skills in troubleshooting across network/security/platform layers.
Readiness to travel up to 40 %.
