Group IT Governance Manager
Mission
The candidate will be responsible for improving and monitoring Business Technology governance at the group level, streamlining processes, fostering cross-company collaboration, ensuring IT audit readiness, and overseeing security effectiveness.
Main responsibilities
develop and implement IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure effective management and control of IT resources across the group;
monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance practices and make recommendations for improvements;
IT Audit readiness and management activities (including e.g. periodic reviews, monitoring and external auditor relations);
streamline IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity;
foster cross-company collaboration to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives;
ensure IT readiness by developing and maintaining IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
oversee the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
collaborate with the Head of Digital Business Technology to align IT governance with digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge and experience
bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
proven experience (at least 5 years) in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
strong understanding of IT processes, frameworks, and best practices.
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
strong communication and interpersonal skills.
fluent Italian and English
ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice-to-have
relevant certifications such as ISO27001, CISSP or CGEIT are a plus, along with understanding of GMP and GDP in healthcare.
