Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Transformation Consultant to join our team. As part of our Finance team in Business Consulting, you will support our clients with the digital transformation and optimization of financial processes, including their implementation in Next-Generation ERP systems, such as SAP S/4 HANA – from both a strategic and conceptual view.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital transformation and optimization of financial processes
* Implementation of Next-Generation ERP systems
* Strategic and conceptual consulting
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to address their financial challenges.
Requirements:
* University degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or Business Information Systems
* At least 1 to 5 years of consulting experience with a focus on Finance, Accounting and Controlling
* Understanding of financial end-to-end processes
* Initial experience in translating business concepts into IT designs
* Analytical thinking, customer orientation, and an entrepreneurial mindset
