Für unsere Kunden in der Zentral-Schweiz suchen wir einen IT Coordinator & PMO – (a) – Festanstellung
Ihre Aufgaben
1. Oversee and coordinate the company’s IT project portfolio
2. Manage IT-related contracts and agreements
3. Take a lead role in global IT budgeting and financial oversight
4. Develop and uphold enterprise architecture standards across the organization
5. Drive the full lifecycle of IT documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards
6. Administer the cybersecurity awareness eLearning platform
7. Conduct regular evaluations of IT benchmarks and performance indicators
8. Ensure accuracy and consistency of IT master data
9. Lead the internal control system initiatives and ensure audits and assessments are performed
10. Track and report on key IT performance metrics
Profil
* University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
* Solid professional background in corporate IT environments
* Proven experience in managing projects, ideally certified in PRINCE2 or PMI/PMP
* Strong knowledge of ITIL or COBIT frameworks
* Solid understanding of IT operations and business alignment
* Hands-on experience with business process and enterprise architecture modeling tools, preferably in a SAP context
* Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training tools is a plus
* Experience using workflow solutions like K2, Nintex, or Basware is a plus
