Our client is looking for a Data Deletion Center Employee, where the candidate will handle incoming and outgoing IT hardware, carry out secure data erasure, perform quality checks, and prepare devices for reuse or resale. they will work with modern ERP systems and Excel to document tasks precisely and ensure efficient workflows.
Duties Include:
* Receive and hand over IT-hardware from customers and suppliers
* Set up and dismantle devices on production lines
* Execute project tasks: labeling, quality checking goods, data erasure, staging, and controlling (according to guidelines)
* Auditing hardware in the ERP system and in Microsoft Excel
* Picking and packing goods for transport/shipping
The preferred candidate will ideally have experience in similar roles, has completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience in IT, logistics, or production. Confident handling of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Basic understanding of BIOS/UEFI and IT hardware components. Fluent in German, with basic English skills. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
