Responsibilities
Define global investment strategies for injection molding machines, automation systems, and peripheral equipment.
Integrate sustainability and energy‑reduction requirements into equipment and process decisions.
Prepare technical specifications, evaluate supplier offers, and support procurement activities.
Harmonize global process standards and ensure alignment with site capabilities and product design requirements.
Lead innovation initiatives in injection molding technology and support qualification of new equipment and processes.
Partner with sites to improve OEE performance and resolve technical challenges.
Coordinate global synergies for service contracts, spare parts, and maintenance strategies.
Develop competency matrices and training programs to build technical capability across worldwide molding teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in thermoplastic injection molding.
Deep knowledge of injection molding processes, machine technology, and automation.
Proven project leadership and cross‑functional collaboration experience.
Training as a plastics technologist plus relevant advanced certifications.
German C1 and English C1 proficiency.
Willingness to travel globally up to 50%.
