International HR Specialist @ Teoresi Group | Psychologist We are looking for a :
Supplier Quality Development Manager
with a strong background in supplier quality, electrical components, and industrial processes. Your focus will be on supplier qualification, process audits, and driving continuous improvement across a global supplier base for electromechanical and propulsion systems.
Key Responsibilities :
To join and being integrated in a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative team driven by a passion for excellence
To deal with electrical components and electromechanics systems, supporting the quality process development and implementation
To work closely with cross-functional teams (procurement, supplier quality, commodity managers, and project teams)
To implement supplier quality strategies directly at supplier locations in coordination with procurement teams
To lead audits, managing follow-ups, and ensuring closure of action plans for identified non-conformities
To qualifying suppliers for both standard and special processes
To monitoring supplier performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives
To collaborating with commodity managers to define and follow up on strategic objectives
To assist Customer sites in resolving supplier-related issues
To contribute to cross-functional teams aimed at developing or optimizing supplier quality standards, processes, and tools.
Qualifications :
5+ years of experience in supplier quality, industrialization, or manufacturing—preferably in electrical or propulsion systems
In-depth knowledge of industrial processes and problem-solving methodologies
Solid understanding of electrical and electromechanical components (e.g., motors, converters, harnesses)
Proficient in quality tools and standards: FMEA, 8D, PPAP, APQP, ISO/TS 22163, EN 15085, etc.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and purchase specifications (mechanical/electrical)
Strong understanding of risk assessment and electrical integration procedures
Proven communication and leadership abilities within matrix organizations
Ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments
Fluent in English; French or German is a plus
Engineering degree (MSc preferred) in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial disciplines.
