Our Sales team...
Our Sales team is the driving force in ensuring we are set to hit ambitious targets that will allow us to grow and continue to revolutionise the PropTech industry.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be connecting with Estate Agencies across the country, conducting online demonstrations of our software. Ideally you'll be from an estate agency background, with a proactive and self motivated attitude along with a real desire to succeed. In return you'll be rewarded with a fantastic benefits package including share options along with an uncapped commission structure allowing you to maximise your earning potential on a day to day basis.
As a key member of the team you'll be...
1. Conducting online demos of software to potential clients that are based in estate agencies up and down the UK
2. Nurturing excellent client relationships, conducting follow up calls, managing large pipelines of prospects
3. Using your industry knowledge to identify, scope out and prioritise any issues or feature requests communicated by clients
4. Working collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales and onboarding strategy when new features are introduced
5. Help shape the future of our mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
6. Be an expert/brand ambassador for our product to ensure a solution led approach to sales
Who we're looking for…
7. You'll have at least 1 year of estate agency or PropTech industry experience
8. You can demonstrate a depth of knowledge across both sales and lettings
9. You would be happy presenting new technology to potential clients
10. You have strong stakeholder management skill
11. Self-starter who can take initiative when needed
12. You're curious and conscientious, you'll make it your business to know everything about our product, and have the communication skills to share that knowledge in a way that inspires
13. A self-motivated and proactive attitude towards working to targets with a tenacious nature and a strong desire to succeed
