The role focuses on the technical expertise in general and especially on the Gutor product lines. It supports the departments like Sales and Project Execution in evaluating technical requests and is evaluating Special Releases (SR). It is supporting test bay in trouble shooting activities and mentoring the tester pool in the test bay.
