Job Description
Scripting & Process Automation
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks across SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Business Central, and OneDrive.
* Automate SharePoint site creation using custom templates.
* Design and automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
* Leverage AI-powered tools for automation, content generation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
* Integrate AI systems (autonomous AI agents, workflow orchestration) into business processes, ensuring secure and compliant operation.
* Stay current with advancements in generative and Agentic AI and recommend best-fit solutions for business needs.
Infrastructure Management
* Administrating and supporting Microsoft Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, networking, storage, and security.
* Implementing and maintaining hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
* Managing, monitoring, and optimizing Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, patching, security) is a plus.
Reporting & Analytics
* Create and design Power BI reports for analytics from various sources (SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Business Central, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
Technical Support & Documentation
* Provide technical support and guidance to team members on AI tools, PowerShell, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and infrastructure topics.
* Document solutions, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
The Successful Applicant
* Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, HES, or equivalent experience.
* Experience with Microsoft cloud services.
* Proficiency in deploying and managing generative AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar).
* Understanding Agentic AI concepts (autonomous agents, multi-step workflows, orchestration, prompt engineering).
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation within the Microsoft ecosystem.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* High standards of discretion and professionalism.
* Languages: French, English (other languages a plus).
