Your Mission – Lead one of our Flagship Stations
As a Station Manager, you will oversee a high‑profile operation delivering Line Maintenance and Light Base Maintenance to our key base customer and numerous renowned international airlines.
In this role, you will
* Lead & Inspire – Manage, motivate, and develop a skilled team to deliver safe, efficient, and high‑quality maintenance services.
* Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduled/unscheduled maintenance, defect rectifications, and ensure full regulatory compliance.
* Optimize Resources – Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and infrastructure for peak efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
* Champion Safety & Quality – Foster a robust safety culture and uphold uncompromising quality standards.
