Sysmex Schweiz AG is a leading Swiss lab diagnostic company. We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager for our Oncology & Biomedical Concepts division, focusing on histopathology and digital solutions. The role is based in Switzerland, full‑time, and requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a high level of motivation.
Responsibilities
* Sales, customer acquisition, and expansion of market position.
* Customer consulting for the product groups Pathology, Cytology, and Automation.
* Competent support of the existing customer base, focusing on West Switzerland.
* Organization and participation in conferences and trade fairs.
Profile
* Completed training or degree in laboratory science or diagnostics.
* Good French and German language skills.
* High level of self‑motivation and excellent time‑management skills.
* Result and goal orientation, as well as a structured working style.
* Confident and persuasive presentation skills, consultative competence and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel.
