Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all event requests related to Glion & Bulle campuses and F&B Operations
2. Plan and manage full event logistics: venue setup, audiovisual needs, catering, guest accommodation, transportation, workshops, conferences, and operational requirements
3. Manage event expenses, and ensure cost‑effective solutions while maintaining quality
4. Communicate upcoming events to all relevant departments and faculty
5. Collaborate with Heads of Departments, faculty, and academic administration to ensure seamless integration of events within the academic context
6. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and clients
7. Be present on‑site during events to oversee operations, manage unexpected situations, and ensure smooth execution
8. Coordinate volunteers, including student participation
9. Act as the communication point for Visit Campus activities with the Enrolments department
10. Provide floor support to daily operations across all F&B outlets when needed
11. Lead the Polyright POS system: creation, update, and monitoring of pricing
12. Oversee and coordinate the student and guest feedback process for Food & Beverage
13. Control and monitor invoices and expenses
14. Depending on operational needs, the role may also support the following activities: meal plan and company card management (monitoring, upload, unloading, reconciliation)
Profile and experiences:
15. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, depending on experience and credentials
16. Hospitality background preferred
17. Demonstrated interest or experience in delivering Events
18. Demonstrated project management and organizational skills and ability to operate autonomously
19. Several years of work experience preferably in the hospitality or event industry
20. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
21. Fluency in spoken and written English & French
22. Ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments
23. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
24. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
25. Analytical mindset and attention to detail
