Your Role
This role is about structuring, writing, and deploying high-quality medical content:
Lead product launch with multidisciplinary teams
Turn scientific data into clear, compliant, and usable marketing content.
Ensure it is effectively deployed across packaging, field tools, and digital channels.
You build the medical backbone of our product communication. The field and digital teams activate it.
Reporting to the COO, you will interact in close synergy with Digital Engagement & Trade Activation, Regulatory Affairs, and commercial teams.
Your Responsibilities
1. Launch readiness
Prepare product messaging frameworks
Deliver compliant, field-ready materials on time
Coordinate lifecycle updates and market expansions
Manage packaging content in coordination with Regulatory Affairs and Quality for the artworks validation
Follow CMOs for goods availability and ensure of launch effectiveness internally with adaptative tools
2. Scientific & medical content
You are responsible for building the scientific backbone of product communication.
Concretely, everything starts from the scientific content you create:
Translate SmPCs, clinical data into structured medical narratives
Build product positioning and key messages for each Client Clusters
Structure arguments and objection-handling frameworks
Create master content documents that serve as reference for all promotional materials
Identify and maintain structured relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and clinical experts in the relevant therapeutic areas
3. Digital and field promotion
You work in synergy with the Digital Engagement & Trade Activation Manager.
You own the scientific and medical content; they deploy it across channels:
Provide modular, reusable content blocks for digital use
Ensure key messages are clear, compliant, and easily adaptable to digital formats
Anticipate how medical arguments translate into digital storytelling
Transform structured medical content into Sales aids, scientific leave-behinds, hospital presentations, tender-support documentation, portfolio overviews
Participate and animate digital or on-site events (webinars, congresses, symposia activities)
4. Contribute to Market Access & institutional positioning
Develop therapeutic positioning narratives
Structure value arguments for reimbursement and hospital listings
Support institutional dossiers with clear medical rationale
Your Profile
Experience
5+ years in pharmaceutical marketing, medical marketing, or scientific product communication
Strong scientific writing and content structuring skills with digital-awareness
Experience in product launches within regulated environments
Experience collaborating with Regulatory, Sales, Digital and Supply teams
Able to manage multiple launches in parallel
Fluent in English and French (another language is a plus)
