Corner Manager - full time - Bern – November 2025

We are looking for a corner manager at 100% starting 1 st November 2025.
Your mission will be
* Manage, develop and coach your team, including conducting career and employee appraisals
* Act as a role model in the Sephora Attitude and pass on the Sephora DNA
* Assume full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets including year-on-year sales growth
* Analyse common retail figures and derive sales activities to continuously increase store performance
* Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards, including the timely implementation of updates and animations
* Ensure excellent Sephora customer service and team focus on the customer
* Complete goods management, from receipt to proper storage, write-offs, returns and tester management
Experience and skills
* Completed studies or training, ideally in retail
* At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector
* Previous management and team leadership experience, emphatic management style is required
* Enjoy dealing with customers and developing employees
* Analytical and commercial working methods
* Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the floor
* Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel an advantage
* Good knowledge of English and native language of the country
