As part of this collaboration, you will be an integral member of the team, contributing to cutting-edge projects and representing Komax CoDE India on a global stage.
Your remit
* Take the ownership to mentor and lead the development efforts, guiding the team with your expertise and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
* Be part of and collaborate in an agile SCRUM environment
* Develop backend software for complex mechatronic systems (Schleuniger E-Series machines)
Your profile
* Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
* A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
* Proven experience with international collaboration
* Advantage if experience with working abroad
* Proven experience in an agile setup, preferred in scrum (EU or US, 5+ years)
* Advantage if experience with working abroad
* Proven experience in an agile setup (5+ years, team size > 5), preferred in scrum
* Strong application development background (10+ years)
* Very strong motivation to work for a mechatronic system
* Focus on the development of series products
* High quality mindset
o Clean Code, Clean Architecture, test automation
* Collaborative mentality and team values

* Proactive and driving personality
* High analytical skills
* Very good written and oral English skills, strong communicator and keen on transparency
* Frequent travel to Switzerland could be needed to collaborate seamlessly with the team there
Technical Skills
Must Have
* Senior level experience in .NET 8.0 C# and later
* Experience with databases RDBMS SQLight
* Experience with CI/CD
Good To Have
* Junior level experience in Angular is an advantage
* Experience with embedded systems is an advantage
* A strong motivation to work for a mechatronic system
