UCB, one of Switzerland's Best Employers, is an internationally active biopharmaceutical company specialising in the therapeutic areas of neurological disorders and immunology. The Bulle site is home to the company's Swiss sales subsidiary and primarily a biotechnological and chemical production platform for the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceutical specialities for the treatment of allergy, epilepsy and autoimmune diseases.
Your key responsibilities:
Draft, review, and process distribution and supply agreements, including amendments and official letters for one-off or exceptional conditions.
Ensure contracts and amendments are approved, documented, and compliant with Governance SOPs.
Maintain and update contractual information in client files; track deadlines and milestones via action plans.
Translate contract terms into SAP and maintain client and product master data, including individual product codes (SKUs - Stock Keeping Unit) and shelf-life requirements.
Collaborate with Product Master Data Team for client/product code creation, replacement, and inactivation workflows.
Support Transfer Price requests in coordination with Finance, ensuring compliance without owning pricing decisions.
Assist with reconciliations, credit/debit note processing, and provide ad hoc SAP extracts or reports for internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and respond to audit requests as needed.
Coordinate with Finance and other internal teams to ensure contract execution aligns with company policies and procedures. Qualifikationen
What will make you successful:
Bachelor or Master's in Business, Finance, International Trade, or Supply Chain; HE Commercial diploma a plus
5+ years' experience in International Trade/Finance with Contract Management exposure
Pharma experience is a plus
International Contract Management experience; knowledge of supply chain and finance concepts
Independent, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills; team player; client-focused
Excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities, continuous improvement mindset
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP SD/ERP; project management experience is a plus
Excellent English (mandatory); French is a plus
