Your mission
* Plan and execute internal and external events—from small customer gatherings to large global conference stages that leave a lasting impression on our community, partners, and clients
* Coordinate this presence at international conferences, hospitals, and hotels and more—including branding, logistics, communication with vendors, executing payments, and all the other fine details
* Manage the annual event calendar with all relevant decision deadlines
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure flawless execution
* Ensure our event material and demonstration devices are always in top shape, ready to ship around the world
* Support internal and external event communications: brief creative teams and agencies
* Support the Marketing Director in various other projects that align with mutual interest, ability, and need.
Your profile
* 3+ years of experience in In-Person Event Management (organization through execution)
* Excellent command of English, other European languages a plus (German preferred)
* Highly motivated and accountable
* Strong organizational skills across multiple projects at once, negotiation talent, and confident communication with partners, clients, and service providers
* Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (10–20%)
* Experience with companies selling physical goods is a plus
* Experience in Medical devices, is a plus
