What you’ll do:
5. Lead the development and implementation of technical procedures, with a focus on NMR analysis of biologics and bioconjugates
6. Plan and coordinate laboratory work; apply structured problem-solving and deep scientific expertise
7. Review and approve complex scientific reports to ensure high quality and scientific rigor
8. Identify and implement innovations by monitoring scientific literature and collaborating with internal and external partners
9. Provide input on analytical methodologies, instrumentation, and supplier selection
10. Manage, coach, and mentor 1–5 lab technicians or junior scientists to support team performance and development
What we’re looking for:
11. Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
12. Several years of industry experience in biopharmaceutical or analytical development, with strong expertise in NMR (preferably bio/bioconjugate-focused)
13. Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken
14. Strong scientific writing skills and ability to critically review data and reports
15. Experience in project coordination and cross-functional collaboration
16. Leadership and mentoring experience in a laboratory or technical team setting
17. Familiarity with GMP/GLP and regulatory expectations is a plus
