Your Tasks
* Taking a lead role in representing Pilatus and liaising with our trainer fleet customers
* Management of in-service issues and our support contract obligations
* Ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
* Identification of after-sales business opportunities and contract negotiation
* Development of long-term customer support strategies
With this you convince us
* A minimum of 4 -6 years relevant experience in the aerospace industry
* Further education or professional qualifications are an advantage
* Fluent English and German language skills are required
* A positive and flexible attitude and self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
