1. Prepare drink orders following recipes and measuring systems.
2. Issue, open, and serve wine/champagne bottles.
3. Set up and maintain cleanliness of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
4. Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks.
5. Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
6. Transport supplies to the bar set‑up area.
7. Wash soiled glassware and remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables, placing them in the designated area.
