As an EMEA Sales Account Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our service sales strategy across the region. Your main responsibilities will include:
* Acquiring new customers, with a focus on accounts with a high share of OEM equipment
* Managing and expanding existing customer relationships
* Developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with Tektronix and Tek Instruments teams
* Selling multi-year service contracts, including non-OEM calibration services
* Maintaining regular communication with customers and ensuring timely contract renewals
* Collaborating with internal teams and engaging with senior-level stakeholders
* Participating in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline reviews
Your Profile
* Experience in B2B account management, ideally in service sales or calibration services
* Confident communication skills across all levels, including executive stakeholders
* Strategic mindset with a proven track record in sales
* Experience managing complex service contracts and driving renewals
* Independent and team-oriented work style in an international environment
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus
* Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively (approximately 60–70% of the role)
