* Develop and drive the global business strategy for major international partners
* Take full responsibility for sales performance, forecasting, and revenue growth with global accounts
* Identify and close strategic opportunities that create value for customers and drive business growth
Job Requirements:
* University degree in Business Administration or related field
* 3-5+ years of experience in the diagnostics industry with a focus on business development and strategic partnerships
* Proven track record in global sales leadership and key account management
* Experience selling to large international IVD players; strong understanding of industry dynamics
* Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills at senior level
* Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies
* Comfortable working in virtual teams across geographies and time zones
* Fluent in English and ideally additional languages
* Willingness to travel internationally for business purposes
