1. Drive the roadmap for field applications (e.g. FieldLink, FieldWiki, FieldBoard) in close collaboration with SIS and key users
2. Define and implement global qualification programs for Service Technicians and Leaders in partnership with HR and FQE
3. Lead the global key user community to foster collaboration and continuous improvement
4. Identify and drive innovation in field methods and tools to enhance service execution and efficiency
5. Coordinate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new tools and programs
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with other BPOs to ensure process consistency and integration
7. Support global CRM & ERP initiatives, especially mobile solutions impacting field operations

8. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
9. Minimum 2 years of experience in operational EI roles with direct customer engagement
10. Proven track record in project management and digital application roadmap ownership
11. Proficiency in SAP (R/3, ECC, S/4HANA) and Power BI
12. Strategic thinker with a hands-on execution mindset
13. Collaborative, cross-cultural working style with a service-oriented approach
14. Innovative mindset with interest in emerging technologies (e.g. AI, automation)
15. Strong communication skills to bridge field and management perspectives
