Company Description As part of regular temporary assignments offered to you to strengthen the teams of our clients, collective catering restaurants in the Neuchâtel region, we are actively seeking several Kitchen Assistants (M/F)*
Job Description Under the responsibility of the chef and the sous-chef, you will join the kitchen team to carry out the following tasks: Cleaning, peeling and cutting vegetables
Making sandwiches and cold preparations
Setting up and arranging buffets of assorted salads
Participating in live cooking service, facing your guests
Cleaning kitchen utensils, dishes and premises
Profile Sought To meet our client’s expectations, your professional background has the following characteristics: At least one year of experience in a kitchen assistant role
Able to express yourself fluently in French and capable of reading it
Good knowledge of food hygiene
Strong team spirit
Basic culinary knowledge
