Your responsibilities
* Site & Culture Management: Operational management of the plant as well as disciplinary management and targeted development of department and team leaders.
* Operational Excellence: Sustainable integration of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement (CIP) and modern shop floor management into everyday production.
* Performance management: Overall responsibility for the key performance indicators (KPIs) – safety, quality, on-time delivery (OOTD), productivity and costs.
* Process optimization: Ensuring stable, efficient production flows and responsibility for the availability and maintenance of modern production facilities.
* Change Management: Setting clear priorities, commitment and speed in the implementation of strategic changes.
Your profile
* Solid foundation: Basic technical training, ideally supplemented by highly specialized further education in the field of production, manufacturing or engineering (e.g. level HF/FH).
* Leadership track record: Several years of demonstrable leadership experience in an industrial production environment, characterized by a modern understanding of leadership "on equal terms".
* Lean DNA: A pronounced Lean mindset and sound practical experience in the transformation of production processes (CIP, shop floor).
* Business Acuity: Confident handling of modern ERP systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), production planning and cost management.
* Personality: Entrepreneurial in mind, results-oriented, decisive and possessing the empathy to guide teams through change processes on an equal footing.
* Languages: Fluent German (at least C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level).
