Join us and contribute to the growth of a dynamic search firm with a cutting-edge digital approach. As a trusted leadership advisor, you will manage your clients' portfolio and be given responsibility to build and animate your own pool of candidates within your specialism.
Main Responsibilities
* Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client company, industry, and position requirements;
* Develop position specifications and a focused search strategy based on market knowledge;
* Select prospective candidates and conduct in-depth interviews to further assess qualifications and fit to position specifications;
* Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to clients;
* Build strong relationships with candidates and animate your talent network;
* Develop new business by creating client proposals, participating at conferences/events, and other creative sales approaches;
* Maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information in our proprietary database.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
* 5+ years of Executive Search, full lifecycle recruiting (or related corporate experience) in Switzerland, France, or Italy;
* Ability to develop strong relationships to build an industry network;
* Personal and business maturity that leads to confident and rational business decisions;
* Possesses the ability to maintain professionalism and honesty while building credibility, trust, and respect with both clients and candidates;
* Think beyond traditional methods to exceed expectations;
* Curious by nature, proactive, and self-motivated;
* Tenacious, you don't give up until results are achieved;
* Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards;
* Keen to progress within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
We are looking for confident, ambitious, and passionate team members, French and English speakers; German and/or Italian would be amazing.
