The Role
Identify, generate, qualify, and close new business for customers and prospects in Western Switzerland. Responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, and building the go-to-market plan (including direct and indirect business).
What You’ll Do
1. Develop new and existing accounts in the Swiss market.
2. Establish and deliver a sales strategy which outlines a roadmap to quota attainment.
3. Sales forecasting, lead generation, prospecting, and strategic relationship development.
4. Upsell ‘New Product’ to existing customers.
5. Work with assigned Account Executive—Enterprise Assists to proactively hunt for add-on opportunities within the territory.
6. Maintain whitespace for all focus customers.
7. Partner closely with Vice President, SEs, PMs, and wider POD to deliver strategic goals.
8. Align with the Channel team and Channel Partners to deliver value to our customers and BeyondTrust wherever possible.
9. Align with the SDR team to proactively cover your total addressable market (focus and non-focus territory accounts).
10. Attend corporate trade shows and events.
11. Maintain sales pipeline activity in Salesforce.
12. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations and detailed presentations to prospects, customers, and partners.
13. Lead RFP responses for your accounts.
What You’ll Bring
1. Tri-lingual skills - French, German, and English.
2. 3+ years of SaaS sales experience.
3. A sales hunter mentality and a passion for new business sales with the ability to uncover and engage strategic customers.
4. Experience with enterprise software, IT services, SaaS, IoT, or related managed services sales to global organizations.
5. Experience with Salesforce.
6. Able to command sales message and sale.
7. Experience leveraging the channel to drive business.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Ability to travel within the region.
Nice To Have
1. Prior experience selling cybersecurity, ideally PAM software solutions.
2. Completed professional sales training courses (Sandler, SPIN, DISC, TAS, or Miller).
3. Strategic Account Management experience.
