This role will focus on delivering strategic sourcing solutions across Marketing and Consulting categories, supporting major clients with commercial optimization, supplier strategy, and category expertise in a fast-paced, advisory-led environment. Key responsibilities as Procurement Manager Marketing & Professional Services include: * Lead end-to-end sourcing projects across Marketing and Professional Services categories, including agency, media, events, consulting, and broader advisory spend * Develop and implement category strategies that deliver savings, supplier innovation, and commercial value * Manage tender processes, supplier selection, and contract negotiations across complex, service-based categories * Partner closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Procurement strategies * Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and risk factors to improve quality, service, and cost outcomes * Deliver multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining a high level of stakeholder engagement and service delivery The ideal candidate profile: * Strong Procurement experience across both Marketing Services and Consulting/Professional Services spend categories * Proven success leading sourcing projects and negotiations within Indirect Procurement environments * Experience working in a consulting, advisory, or client-facing Procurement model is highly desirable * Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate agency, consultancy, and service-based contracts * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior business functions * Fluent in English and German (written and spoken) EMEA Recruitment is committed to promoting Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace.
