YOUR CHALLENGES
Leading a team of engineers defining and tuning VAT’s mechatronic products
Accountable for the system design including motorized products (Stepper, BLDC, servo motors) and pressure control
Accountable for new feature development, customization and 2nd level support
Definition of test systems for product verification and collaboration with the lab in measurement and control
Ability to scale up PLC product development
Drive engineering excellence by improving processes, tools and knowledge exchange
Working in a cross-functional, multicultural and globally spread setup
YOUR COMPETENCIES
University degree in mechatronics / electrical / systems engineering
Experienced in leading successful development teams
Multi years of knowledge in development of mechatronic systems such as drive technology, sensors, embedded software design
Knowledge in Stepper-, BLDC- and Servo Drives, motion controller and control theory
Knowledge of communication protocols (EtherCAT, DeviceNet, Ethernet, Profibus)
