As d²X continues its strong growth, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen our team in Switzerland. We seek a trusted, ambitious, client- and results-oriented professional who thrives on collaboration to achieve shared goals and success.
Business Development:
* Actively contribute to the development of the sales strategy and ensure its implementation in the field to support our growth.
* Identify and create new business opportunities by building trusted relationships with key decision-makers among our demanding prospects and clients.
* Build your own business unit by establishing long-term partnerships with our existing clients.
* Listen, understand, and advise your clients by providing innovative, high-quality solutions, responding to tenders, negotiating, and closing contracts.
Human Resources:
* Participate in recruitment strategy and the identification of new talent.
* Help build a strong and high-performing team by selecting the best profiles to support our growth.
Management:
* Support the management and coaching of our talented team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and fulfilling work environment.
What You Bring:
* A proven track record of between 3 and 10 years (maximum) in business development, in the IT sector or a major renown consulting firm.
* A very good knowledge of our market here in Switzerland ('Suisse romande')
* An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
* Strong commercial acumen in both French and English, with excellent negotiation skills and a results-driven approach.
* A passion for technology and the ability to develop new business opportunities in diverse markets.
* Natural leadership and a true team spirit to drive projects and talent growth.
* A dynamic and collaborative work environment focused on consulting.
