As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling high-quality software solutions from ADB’s portfolio. This role combines strategic account management with proactive business development and requires a deep understanding of industry challenges and a value-based sales approach. Your goal will be to build strong, long-term client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s continued growth.

Responsibilities
* Drive sales of cutting-edge software products and services, taking full ownership for revenue targets and market share growth
* Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
* Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: lead generation, outreach, presentations, value-based selling, proposals, negotiations, and closing
* Act as a strategic advisor by matching client business challenges with software solutions, focusing on value – not price
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts while actively pursuing new strategic clients
* Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights to senior leadership
* Work closely with cross-functional teams – product, marketing, customer support – to align efforts and ensure client success
* Represent ADB at industry events and in direct client interactions with professionalism and a long-term partnership mindset
* Balance company interests with customer needs, demonstrating sound business judgment and assertiveness when required
* 5 years of proven success in B2B software sales in the telco (especially broadband) industry (MANDATORY)
* Well-developed network within the connectivity / telco industry, especially among key decision-makers and influencers
* Strong knowledge of the connectivity market (CPE/ Wi-Fi/ Network) including deep understanding of customer needs, competitors, and trends
* Demonstrated ability to sell based on product value and functionality, not pricing
* Experience in both new business and account management
* Solid understanding of the sales cycle in complex software solutions
* Excellent relationship-building skills and long-term client focus
* High level of business ethics, responsibility, and a growth-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and solutions to diverse audiences
* Experience in working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared business goals
* Willingness to travel on business
* Fluency in English; other European languages are an asset
