This position sits within the Technology, Intelligence Marketing team and works closely with marketing, sales, and event teams. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain automated dashboards and reports providing insights on event performance, visitor behaviour, marketing effectiveness, campaign performance, exhibitor value, and business performance /li liAnalyze and consolidate data across CRM, ticketing, marketing platforms, and other systems to generate clear insights and recommendations for business teams and leadership /li liSupport leadership with data-driven reporting for strategic decisions /li liDevelop visitor segmentation, audience intelligence models, and customer insights /li liAnalyze visitor acquisition performance across channels and identify opportunities to improve audience targeting and marketing ROI /li liProvide insights on visitor behaviour across events, including visitor profiles, engagement, markets, and audiences /li liProvide analytics supporting exhibitor sales, retention, and value propositions /li liSupport sales teams with data-driven insights to demonstrate exhibitor value /li liEnsure data quality, consistency, and governance within CRM and related systems /li liSupport and improve CRM data structure, reporting capabilities, and analytics readiness /li liDefine best practices for data management across teams /li liSupport ongoing improvement of data infrastructure, integration, and analytics capabilities /li liDevelop a company-wide event performance dashboard /li liBuild visitor segmentation and audience intelligence models /li liSupport marketing teams with campaign performance analytics /li liProvide insights to improve exhibitor value propositions /li liImprove CRM data structure to support analytics /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul li3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or CRM analytics /li liExperience working with customer data, marketing data, and CRM analytics, ideally Salesforce /li liExperience translating complex data into clear business insights for non-technical stakeholders /li liStrong SQL skills /li liExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar /li liAdvanced Excel skills /li liComfortable using AI tools for building, analysis, and automation /li liGerman native and business-proficient English /li liNice to have: marketing analytics, data modeling, and experience working with multiple data sources /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities /li liCuriosity and interest in understanding business challengesAbility to work across teams, functions, and stakeholder groups /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
