* Strong collaboration skills across functions such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
* Ability to work independently with high attention to detail, prioritize initiatives, and adapt to changing environments.
* Proficiency in identifying business opportunities, assessing benefits, structuring agreements, and negotiating terms with strategic partners.
* Extensive project and program management experience across various teams and projects.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Google's product and service offerings are continuously expanding. The Partnerships Development team explores new opportunities with Google's partners. Using your business acumen and product knowledge, you will interact directly with partners to help them grow using Google's latest offerings. Your understanding of relevant verticals and relationships with industry leaders will shape our applications and content for products like YouTube, Google TV, and Commerce.
The Knowledge and Information (K&I) Partnerships team manages partnerships that enhance and scale Google's products across various domains, including Ads, Search, Gemini, Social Impact, Geo, Real World Journeys, Commerce, and Research & Core. Our mission is to foster healthy ecosystems that deliver sustainable value to Google through strategic product partnerships that create cohesive user journeys.
The EMEA Real World Journeys team focuses on business development and managing partnerships in the EMEA region across products related to travel and experiences, including flights, hotels, activities, and restaurants. This role emphasizes Flights, involving content acquisition, feature adoption, and ecosystem engagement.
The Global Partnerships organization explores new opportunities with partners, supporting Google’s product teams with key partnerships that enhance user experiences across advertising, search, assistant, maps, travel, shopping, payments, and more. We develop go-to-market strategies and incubate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Manage relationships with C-level stakeholders to drive growth in the Flights vertical, collaborating with product teams to maximize partner and user value through feature adoption, insights, and distribution.
* Ensure the Google Flights product maintains high quality and comprehensiveness, as it is a flagship product and a major focus for 2025.
* Build and nurture relationships with priority partners and facilitate cross-Google collaborations, such as with Cloud.
Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, etc.) to align resources and strategies for go-to-market initiatives and partner programs.
Manage the full partner lifecycle, including contract negotiations, account planning, partner engagement, issue resolution, and advocacy.
