What we expect from you:- Very active prospecting of new clients (white room laundry sector) focusing on pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical technology, and semiconductor industries. The acquisition of new clients is the main mission. - Identify and contact decision-makers, whether at the management level or specialized services, to convince them and develop new opportunities. - Development and strengthening of long-term clients, including personalized follow-up of acquired key accounts. - Cross-selling of our range X for white rooms available throughout Switzerland: validated garments for white rooms, treatment processes, logistical and supply concepts, additional services. - Autonomous market and territory management including building a pipeline and analyzing client potential needs, concepts, proposals, and driving until the conclusion of agreements. - Close collaboration with our white room production site to meet regulatory requirements, market trends, and competitors while defining concrete measures. What you bring:- Completed commercial or technical education, ideally complemented by studies in distribution or life sciences. - Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in white room-related services, textile systems, or life sciences-related sectors. - Entrepreneurial spirit and proven success in establishing new client structures, ideally in the Swiss market. - High-level technical skills and consulting for complex service models. - Independent working method, strong team spirit, and willingness to travel. - Very good knowledge of German as well as good knowledge of English.
