We are seeking an experienced IT Project Lead to manage the implementation of the Personal Account Transaction (PAT) Suite.
YOUR CHALLENGE
* Support business stakeholders in backlog prioritization, requirement engineering and alignment of requirements with existing functionality or functionality delivered by other initiatives
* Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality and costs
* Project includes Flowable and Actico Business Rule technologies
* Guarantee compliance with Julius Baer’s project governance framework, security policies, and minimum standards, particularly in relation to data privacy and regulatory requirements
* Ensure smooth handover of the solution to Operations and Support teams upon completion
YOUR PROFILE
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* Experience in managing projects with respective Budgets > 1mCHF in classic methodology within financial institutions
* Compliance or Personal Account Transaction know-how of advantage
* Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience
* Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing administrative and financial aspects independently
* Sound skills in Jira and Confluence, agile way of working know-how e.g. ceremonies
* Good presentation and communication skills, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, can-do spirit
* Ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders as well as negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a significant advantage
