We strive to offer courteous and competent service to the public and staff, both by phone and at various reception desks.Manager - 100%The reception, appointment taking, and telephone central department of the Department of Women, Children, and Adolescents (DFEA) is looking for a manager to complete its team, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. In your role, you will welcome and direct various individuals presenting at the receptions and arrange complex appointments according to established procedures while providing a tailored, courteous, and competent service. You are capable of adapting to changes and demonstrate versatility to ensure effective service at the central office and at the reception and appointment desk located in the hospital building. You hold a federal vocational certificate (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, with at least X years of experience in a service-oriented role. You have a perfect command of the French language (writing skills) and possess excellent oral knowledge of English. Knowledge of other languages is a considered asset. You are proficient in standard software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Familiarity with institutional tools and system X (LAMAL, AI, etc.) is an additional advantage. You are comfortable with contacts, have good stress management skills, and are autonomous while collaborating harmoniously with a large team.
