Job Description
Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams.
Use case, user stories.
Work in an international environment.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder interviews.
Support solution design in collaboration with architects and developers.
Participate in system testing (SIT/UAT) and validation processes.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, workflows, and system changes.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Assist in project coordination and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst in an international environment.
Strong understanding of IT systems, application lifecycle, and integration concepts.
Experience working within structured project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and multicultural teams.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
