Job Description
You will join our Technology department, supporting the Chief Technology Officer in defining and executing LittleBig Connection’s technology strategy. The Engineering Partner ensures operational excellence across engineering, platform, and infrastructure teams, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives and product roadmap priorities. This role acts as a bridge between strategic leadership and day‑to‑day engineering execution, enabling scalable platform development, high system reliability, and continuous innovation.
Your Responsibilities
* Support the CTO in defining the long‑term technology vision and architecture of the LittleBig platform
* Translate strategic goals into actionable engineering roadmaps
* Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and infrastructure teams
* Supervise engineering leads and technical managers
* Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and performance of the platform
* Promote modern engineering practices (CI/CD, DevOps, observability, automation)
* Maintain consistency of system architecture across services
* Ensure technology choices support scalability and maintainability
* Lead architecture reviews and technical decision frameworks
* Monitor system reliability, performance, and security
* Improve operational processes (incident management, release cycles, platform monitoring)
* Ensure infrastructure resilience and availability
* Work with security and compliance teams to implement the information security roadmap
* Ensure alignment with ISO standards, cybersecurity audits, and internal risk management processes
* Collaborate with Product, Customer Operations, and Business teams
* Translate technical capabilities into business value
* Support major client or platform initiatives when technical leadership is required
* Mentor engineering managers and senior technical staff
* Promote a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous learning
* Help structure teams as the organization scales
Your Profile
* Experience leading engineering teams in SaaS or platform environments
* Deep knowledge of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architectures
* Experience managing complex technical roadmaps
* Experience with generative AI tools
* Strong communication skills to bridge technology and business
* Leadership mindset with operational rigor
* Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
* English fluent; French is a plus
* Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
* Demonstrated strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
* Demonstrated strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day‑to‑day productivity
