Ph3Role Overview /h3 pTo strengthen our Product Marketing function, we are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team and contribute to both operational execution and long-term infrastructure development. This internship sits at the intersection of Product Marketing and Marketing Operations, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to two complementary workstreams: building scalable internal infrastructure and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. The intern will play a meaningful role in shaping how the team organizes, accesses, and leverages its assets, while also gaining hands‑on experience in digital marketing execution. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Infrastructure and data management /h3 ul liDesign and build a centralized, structured directory for organizing scientific images, datasets, and related digital assets across the entire spatial biology portfolio /li liCatalogue assets with relevant metadata including ownership, access permissions, file specifications, project context, and usage guidelines /li liEnsure the database supports cross-functional accessibility while maintaining compliance with data usage and sharing policies /li liCoordinate with internal stakeholders to gather, classify, and validate asset information /li liDocument processes and structures to ensure long-term maintainability by the scientific marketing team /li /ul h3Marketing operations and campaign support /h3 ul liAssist in the creation of newsletters based on approved content briefs /li liSupport blog publishing workflows and campaign execution activities /li liHandle content formatting, asset coordination, and quality checking across digital channels /li liCoordinate internal-facing asset updates across product marketing and sales teams /li liContribute to marketing automation initiatives and operational process improvements /li liTrack and report on marketing activity performance to support the wider team /li liMaintain publication tracking and Scientific Data Repository updates to improve reuse of scientific evidence across marketing initiatives /li /ul h3Your Ideal Profile /h3 ul liYou are a student or recent graduate in Life Sciences, Marketing, Data Management, Information Science, or a related field /li liYou have a structured, analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, you enjoy organizing complex information and creating clear robust systems /li liYou are comfortable working with digital tools, databases, or content management systems /li liYou have an interest in scientific content and an ability to understand technical context quickly /li liYou are proactive and self‑directed, able to manage your own workload in a fast‑paced environment /li liExperience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Adobe Creative Suite, or content platforms is a plus /li liFluency in written and spoken English is required; additional languages are a plus /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liA dynamic, mission‑driven company where your work has real impact /li liExposure to both strategic and operational aspects of Product Marketing in a high‑growth biotech environment /li liThe opportunity to leave a lasting structural contribution to the organization /li liCollaboration with a diverse, international, and highly motivated team /li liProfessional development in a field at the cutting edge of cancer research and spatial biology /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3 pBio-Techne is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
