Overview
Our client is a renowned financial institution seeking a Client Operations Analyst to support investor services and operations.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality service to both existing and prospective investors, as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
* Coordinate the investor account opening process by acting as a liaison between investors and/or their representatives, internal teams, and external transfer agency providers.
* Manage and oversee the onboarding of new investors, including the preparation, negotiation, and execution of legal agreements, along with the completion of AML due diligence.
* Input, update, and maintain investor records and account details within the internal CRM system.
* Track and manage investor dealing activities, ensuring proper oversight and compliance.
* Supervise the calculation and payment process of distribution fees to financial intermediaries.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of external service providers, focusing on adherence to regulatory and operational requirements applicable to Luxembourg SICAVs.
* Design, produce, and maintain reports and dashboards leveraging investor data from internal and external sources to support business insights.
Qualifications
* 2 to 4 years of experience in an asset management company with experience of Luxembourg funds, in a transfer agency oversight and/or investor support function.
* Fluent in English.
* Excellent customer service.
