The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is expanding its culinary portfolio with an extraordinary highlight: Neora, the first modern Greek restaurant in the Engadin. In the heart of the Swiss Alps, Mediterranean culinary culture meets Alpine elegance, ushering in a new era of Greek cuisine. Guests can expect an innovative concept with authentic flavours, hand-picked ingredients, specialities from the open fire and famous Greek hospitality. To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic demi-chef de partie from the coming winter season 2025/2026 in the following kitchens:
- Greek restaurant Neora (opening)
- Main kitchen
Key Responsibilities
* Daily mise en place
* Preparation and presentation of dishes for your position
* Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
* Compliance with, development and co-design of recipes
* Shared responsibility for proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training as a chef and professional experience in an upscale 5-star gastronomic establishment
* First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
* Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
* Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
* Structured and organised way of working
* Great interest in team-oriented work
* Very good knowledge of German and English
