Role:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to work closely with our CEO and commercial team to turbo charge our growth across our European markets. If you are excited to work with people, as well as technology, eager to see how robotics and AI is deployed at scale and ready for a ride, you should apply.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute and refine Go-to-Market motion in our home markets (Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg) to drive deployment density of Ascento Guard (i.e. outreach including calls, e-mails and in person)
* Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
* Demonstrate Ascento's robotic solutions through interactive demos.
* Offer insights from the field to inform product development and commercial strategies.
Requirements:
* Customer-facing experience such as consulting, project management, sales, or similar.
* Caring and curious - ready to learn anything to make a great job
* Empathy, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Ability to foster relationships and understand client needs.
* Persistent and self-organized.
* Passionate about robotics and technology-driven solutions.
* Fluent in English and German; French, Dutch or any other language(s) are a plus.
