Job Description
A dynamic Private Bank based in Basel is looking for their new Relationship Manager.
* Maintain and further develop relationships with existing EAMs and Family Offices
* Develop tailored solutions and processes that meet the expectations and objectives of EAM partners
* Provide research, investment ideas, and portfolio solutions
* Promote the services and capabilities offered by the institution
* Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (FATCA, AML, MiFID, etc.)
* Prepare and coordinate client meetings and events
* Manage retrocessions and related commission structures
* Respond to client inquiries by email and phone
* Control, execute, and monitor client instructions (payments, securities transactions, static data updates, etc.)
* Monitor credit lines, investment maturities, and administrative processes
Your Profile
* University degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent banking education
* 5–10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry
* Excellent command of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Avaloq or similar systems is an advantage
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to prioritize and resolve problems effectively, with strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
* High level of integrity, accountability, and professional ethics
* Fluency in German and English
