Introduction
Our hotel ***** Grand Hotel Belvedere- Beaumier Hotels, has been welcoming guests from all over the world in the heart of the Jungfrau village of Wengen.
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced, high-end environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and representing the values of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guests at all times
* Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
* Serve food and drinks according to established service standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and dining spaces
* Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving issues professionally
* Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations
* Follow all hygiene, health, and safety procedures
* Set up and prepare restaurant areas before service and assist with closing duties
* Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate
* Maintain a positive attitude and high level of professionalism during busy service periods
Requirements & Qualifications
* Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or within the hotel/hospitality industry
* Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve skills
* Ability to maintain high service standards under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with a positive and professional attitude
* Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays during the summer season
* Good knowledge of English, applicants with knowledge of German are preferred
