The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski will host the remarkable Billionaire Dinner Show. The event, which already takes place year‑round in Dubai and in summer at its historic location in Porto Cervo and at the legendary Sporting in Monte Carlo, will now expand its presence to St. Moritz.

To support our kitchen team, we are looking for you as a seasonal pizza chef for the summerseason 2026. In this role, you will learn the unique recipe for the famous ‘Crazy Pizza’.
Key Responsibilities
Your main task is to create pizzas according to the well‑known recipes of ‘Crazy Pizza’ and to ensure that every pizza meets our high quality and freshness standards. In addition to maintaining a spotless kitchen, you will work closely with the head chef, gain valuable insights from team feedback and continuously expand your culinary expertise.
Your daily work:
Making and kneading homemade pizza dough
Supervising the preparation of ingredients by the pizza team (cleaning vegetables, preparing sauces and toppings)
Supporting and training newly hired pizza team members
Monitoring and executing customer orders for pizza
Making pizzas by hand and baking them professionally in the oven
Keeping the kitchen, oven and utensils clean in accordance with HACCP regulations
Improving the customer experience through skilful acrobatic pizza tossing
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
You have an EU/EFTA identity card
Previous relevant experience in a similar role and in a fast‑paced environment.
Exceptional service standards with attention to detail.
Passion for hospitality with a friendly demeanour and a smile.
Good English skills with the ability to communicate confidently.
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work in a team.
Willingness to work full‑time and be flexible.
